Account Details, Ordering Information & History

How do I change my details?

Your name, contact details and password can be amended using the Edit Details section, which can be found at the top of the page from any section of the site.  

I have forgotten my password, how can I reset it?

Please enter your email address on the Login page and we will send you your password.

How do I view what I have ordered?

Any previous orders you have placed will appead in the order history located at the top of every page.

The analysis that I want is not on the list. How do I arrange this?

Please contact our sales team on 0845 604 6740 to discuss your requirements, or request a call back by emailing sales@eurofins.co.uk with your name, contact number and a brief description of your enquiry.

I have not received an email confirming my order, what should I do?

Please contact us on 0845 604 6740 or sales@eurofins.co.uk quoting the Order ID if you have noted it, or the sample references you have provided, along with your name and contact details.

The email may be blocked by a spam filter. Please add sales@eurofins.co.uk to your safe senders list.

Delivery/Transport

How do I get my samples to your lab?

You may send the samples to us any way you wish - please ensure they are securely packaged and clearly labelled, and include a copy of the order confirmation. Please see the Royal Mail website for information on delivery options.
Samples without appropriate paperwork will not be processed.

Sample Information

How much sample material should I send?

The minimum quantity required can be found in the 'Tests' area. Once the sample type has been selected, you will be able to see the minimum sample quantity against each test.

How should I pack my sample?

Liquid samples should be dispatched in clean, screw-capped plastic containers. Solid samples should be transported in heavy gauge polythene bags. Samples should be placed in a suitable package with a copy of the order confirmation. It should then be securely sealed and labelled.
Samples must be clearly labelled and a copy of the order confirmation included with the samples. Samples will not be processed without appropriate paperwork.
